NC FRC Human Player Game 2013 - Planning

Goals

• To provide a way for teams to get a better understanding of the rules of the 2013 game by playing it on a full sized field
• To promote more discussion and community between FRC teams in NC

  • how cool that there was lots of information there from 2012
• Getting the Information out there
  • Update the wiki and website (ncfrcteams.org)
  • Put schedule on the wiki

  • modify what was created for 2012
  • check debrief documents to see changes needed
  • Tips for brainstorming and alliance discussion (did not do for 2013 - definite need for 2014)
  • Sign-in sheets for teams, volunteers, mentors
  • Post-event survey -- printed 150 used about 50 (need to do better)

  • Identify core team to develop rules, once game is known, have roles assigned so that breakouts can happen - i.e., someone to brief the refs once basic safety fouls have been identified (running, walking on bridge before endgame, etc.)
